Shipping Within the EU

Orders shipped within the European Union are dispatched from within the EU.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union typically arrive within 7–14 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and the local carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing

Due to high demand, certain Château Valenor pieces may be produced or printed after an order is placed rather than being immediately available for dispatch.

This means that some orders may require additional processing time before shipment. We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Due to high demand, some pieces may be printed or prepared after an order is placed, which can result in slightly longer processing times.

If your order has not been delivered within 35 days of purchase, you may contact us for a full refund of the undelivered order.
